In order to respect each workshop participant as he/she makes arrangements to attend a workshop here at Gaya, we have established a set of criteria that will enable us to assure attendees that a certain workshop will indeed run. Our deposit and cancellation policies aim to protect all participants involved as well as the commitment of Gaya Studio and Villas as they make the considerable investment of time and energy necessary for the preparation of a workshop. Gaya Ceramic Arts Center cannot be responsible for procurement or losses incurred on travel arrangements.

Please read and be aware of the following deadlines:

  * Payment of $250 mandatory non-refundable deposit must be received in order to      reserve your place in a workshop.
  * Payment balance must be received in full at least one month prior to the start date.

Cancellation and refunds:

  * Gaya CAC extends a full refund minus the $250 deposit up to one month prior to      start date of the workshop. No refund for cancellation later than one month before      the beginning of the course
  * If you have paid in full (deposit+balance), and for reason's of low enrollment or      instructor illness, Gaya CAC cancels the workshop, your payments will be refunded      in full.
Gaya CAC will inform all participants of any cancellations as soon as possible. PAYMENTS can be made online through Gaya's PAYPAL account with a credit card, or alternatively via bank money transfer.
